Vantaggi
* Some really nice people, including some who like to cook for the entire office (and are given permission to do so). * Good support for working remotely. * Some interesting projects. * Some feedback of the employees will cause changes to happen (e.g. when it came to changing the provider of occupational health care). This can take a few years though. * Possibly a good company if you work in devops.
Svantaggi
In my opinion the problems are: * If you're not working in devops, don't expect to feel appreciated. Sales people don't know how to sell you and marketing is not very interested in marketing you either. * Poor upper management: No noticeable vision or appreciation for anything not directly related to devops, which is a pity. * Poor HR: It feels like people are treated like resources; any empathy is unfortunately very well hidden. The main purpose seems to be to keep the upper management happy. * Issues (mostly related to treating people as people, not as numbers) seem to get swept under the rug: they are whispered about in the corridors or in private Slack conversations, instead of being handled publicly. I would thus describe the company's attitude as arrogant. * Salary and benefits below average when compared to competitors. * No career paths in my experience. * Rapidly buying a multitude of new companies without handling the issues above or taking care of the wellbeing of the existing employees. * No real values: In my opinion the current ones are about how the company expects the employees to act so that they can make more money to the clients and investors. For example, openness, humanity, empathy, honesty, sustainability, responsibility, and respect are words that are not mentioned at all in the company values, which shows.
