None that comes to mind.

Only 1 “pro” is there is always work available, the rest is only cons

Unreliable employer, your schedule will never be consistent, they will switch your schedule, over work you, absolutely no regard for your safety, health or well being. Management at the OKC branch is an absolute disgrace, they come off “professional” but as soon as you speak to anyone other than the front desk (even that’s a hit or miss) you understand how demeaning, humiliating and most of all condescending your employment (if you decide to apply regardless) will be. I stayed with them for a little over a year and regretted giving them a chance. You are required to use your phone with their apps that constantly run in the background, they will also hustle you when it comes to pay and it (the hustle) starts as soon as phone use and pay is discussed in the interview. You obviously use your own vehicle for work, your own gas, etc. That being said, you will absolutely regret applying here. They hire anyone and everyone regardless of their experience and expertise. Elite Protection WILL ruin your chances of getting a better job in the future. I can’t stress this enough - STAY AWAY from these crooks.
