- Lack of proper briefs - Lack of proper feedback. - Lack of communication/planning. - Management lacks media planning & logistics for marketing material. - Media production systems are not broken, they DO NOT EXIST. Management does not wish to try new systems. - Hugely disrespectful towards employees who wish to rest over the weekend after having worked a VERY hectic week. - Passive aggressive comments on whatsapp groups/disrespect in general inspite of being communcated to HR. - Disregard of an employee's experience/expertise.
