Great start to a call center experience - Recensione dipendente - EBO Representative presso Emerald AR Systems

My time spent at Emerald AR Systems was so worth it. I honestly recommend this to anyone especially those who are bilingual in Spanish and English. The wage is fair, paying $14/hr but with generous commission it ends up being about $16/hr. It is pretty easy too, you just sit and talk to people all day and since there is a high volume of calls it makes the time go by a lot faster because you don't really have time to just stare at the clock. The management is professional, discreet, personable and since it's a small company you get to know everyone really well including the business partners. They are excellent at their training and transparency and focus a lot on developing their employees making sure they are always developing and refining soft skills. Company functions are a common thing. There is always a potluck or some kind of creative game or competition in the office to encourage morale and keep the energy up in the office. I worked here during my undergrad at ASU and they were very flexible with me as well. If you work hard, this is the place to grow.

Sitting down all day. Though some people might like this, I tend to like being up and about. This is really the only con I can think of, though the time does go by fast (Mondays excluded).

Growth in the company can mean department and process changes. Which is not necessarily a bad thing, however can cause communication problems and unnecessary conflict.
