* You'll have to track all your hours at work, including bathroom breaks. * Support staff are treated like children and are constantly scolded for not putting in enough billable hours AND at the same time putting in too many billable hours for a customer who is disputing the hours and it all falls back on the support staff. Management and sales don't really care about this.

Staff are old and treat their staff like idiots, unable to manage themselves or hold clientele yet scold their staff for billable hours, other than their work completed for a greedy company

- Great teammates, loved coming into work and being amongst my team

- Management are ignorant, arrogant and disconnected - Sales team continually undermined the support team - Sales team could do no wrong yet when the support team continually raised issues, management would simply ignore requests and continually implement systems that made 0 sense and achieved nothing.
