Pay is sub-par for manufacturing, training is either too long or too short, work is repeative and boring, HR could be better, some workers get away with a lot while others are punished for everything, advancing is difficult for even the best producers.

Clean, temp controlled environment. Manageable structured or orderly jobs. Minimal documentation and management facilitates employees with their task.

The work is repetitive, simple and boring; sometimes physically tedious.
