- management is horrible
- president of division comes in at 11 am and leaves early every single day. Doesn’t read their email, does not have basic computer skills and was tasked with doing personal things for them
- classic environment of mean middle aged women who like to make you feel bad about yourself
- some really intelligent people who work there and make the boss look good when he really does nothing
- nepotism to the max. If you’re not from their community you will never get to the top no matter how hard you work
- lots of yelling and unprofessional behavior
- was not trained until 6 months in
- outdated systems
- poor PTO and you must be in office 5 days a week. Little to no flexibility
- patriarchy is real. All the division heads (who do nothing) are older men and the company is run by majority women underneath them who never get the
credit they deserve
- no HR….heard they are the CEOS personal assistant so you cannot voice any concerns even if you have one
