Family oriented culture where employees matter

Feeling like you get support from upper management can be missing.

The people were good to work with, and provided thoughtful instruction while recognizing the need to explain new concepts thoroughly. Also, they gave me the opportunity to learn how to manage my time, have serious responsibilities within the company, and get used to a work environment without pushing me harder than I could handle.

One of the cons was the office environment. I worked in the engineering department, and there didn't seem to be a whole lot of friendship, or pulling together to accomplish team goals.
