Travel and expense -very luxurious. No one really controls it, favourite airlines, hotels and flying in a day or two before a meeting or an event and staying over for the weekend after, with their buddies.

Immature and toxic management - even at the VP level. Inner circles and politics governs the office. I'm not surprised that I am reading about the many layoffs especially after going on a hiring spree so quickly following the company's buy over. Very gossipy and management plays one off another. Business wise, there is only one single product to sell but to increase revenue - customers are finding it more expensive, year on year, without much value added to the product. Customer success team members are struggling to maintain existing subscriptions, let alone upselling, which is what the focus is, week in week out. Sales team members are struggling to find new customers and often - these two entities are crossing into each other regions and accounts - and management encourages that - it's who brings in the sales first. Much distrust has surfaced and evolved out of this culture. Management, is culturally insensitive and oblivion of what goes on around the region. Very transactional and financial focused.

1. The organization lacks a clear strategic framework and execution plan. Sales targets are often established well into the fiscal year without a defined roadmap, sufficient resources, or measurable initiatives to support successful attainment. 2. Workforce management appears inconsistent and unstable. Numerous experienced, high-performing employees have been terminated or laid off, often with limited severance and little advance notice, creating uncertainty across the organization. 3. The company's product offering lags behind competitors in several key areas. Certain capabilities that have been standard within the industry for years remain unavailable, underdeveloped, or difficult to use, impacting both customer experience and sales effectiveness. 4. Leadership turnover within the sales organization is exceptionally high. Frequent changes at the SVP and VP levels have resulted in a lack of continuity, shifting priorities, and ongoing organizational disruption. 5. The company would benefit from greater diversity and inclusion at all levels. Several highly successful and knowledgeable female professionals were impacted by workforce reductions despite strong performance, deep market expertise, and valuable client relationships. 6. Certain provisions within the employment agreement may be viewed as restrictive by employees. In particular, clauses related to post-employment dispute resolution and litigation rights may warrant careful review before signing. 7. Review the average tenure of employee: 1.8 years. That number says a profound story.
