      They keep you motivated, they listen to your concerns and feedback, if you love teaching it is a great place to teach, the material is ready and you just need to follow the steps and methodology.

      The recruitment process is a little bit hard because it is a lot of information and steps to follow, You don't have a lot of liberty in case you need to take more time teaching something specific, the time is limited for the many steps to do.

      It can be a little too demanding when it comes to expectations as a coach, especially when it comes to costumer satisfaction being so important for them.
