Wow where do I begin. HR within EIRL is practically non existent. The HR management for London employees is only there due to Italian favouritism and is shockingly incompetent and unprofessional. “Progression” is only there after you hand your notice in you will get immediately counter offered , barely ever rewarded off your own accord. In terms of work you won’t progress as you will be micromanaged to the core. Also why can’t the CEO of a global company speak English?
