The overall company mission and what is stands for is inspiring. The owner is accessible - very hands on and supportive.

Small business with limited hours and benefits. Very hard to get a full time position. Not enough staff writers, the competition to get a regular column is pretty strong. Tough deadlines - if you miss your deadline just once you may not get a call back!
