The CEO and his S-level team try to project as the company has a great work culture but its not really true. There is always secrecy about things happening even for trivial things and there is a culture of fear about sharing frank opinions. Everyone is scared of the top management as many people were fired in the past for having a different opinion. In the name of "intensity", the management basically wants people to work most of the time. They expect employees to work here as "more than a job but less than life"!! Although there are unlimited vacations, any vacation is frowned upon.
