Svantaggi
Envoy is having a really hard time hiring and retaining talent for the simple reason that it not a good place to work. You can read the other reviews yourself to find out more about why. Seeing the obviously fake couple of "good" reviews show up trying to bury the start of the literal pages of bad reviews made me want to set the record straight for anyone looking to join Envoy, especially in engineering: It's not worth it. Accepting an offer here is a trap that has one of two possible outcomes: burning out and quitting, or burning out and getting fired. Envoy does not care which happens first as long as they can replace you quickly once it does happen. The messaging that Envoy just has a high bar and is very results driven and that good engineers will like it here is just part of the trap. The most talented engineers at the company don't like the culture and are trying to leave along with most people who are able to. The work is tedious, boring, and not planned well if at all. Look at the first picture in the photos section on glassdoor for Envoy. There are about 100 people in this picture and I counted around 10 people that are still working here including myself and the CEO. This picture was taken 2 years ago. That should be all the information you need to make your decision.
