Lots of learning, and hand on experience on unique projects

Very toxic atmosphere to work in. Too much gossip and paranoia stemming in the company.

So really for me, it's the people you work with and the management that guides you that determines my satisfaction at a company. Both sides of thus have been excellent at Equilibrium so far. My work peer experience and knowledge are readily available, training has been top priority and the available office /hybrid model has evolved with the times. Although it is a pleasant office atmosphere when people are there, and an in house yoga practice is offered every week. Management has shown a keen interest on career development, with scheduling field work according to life's demands, career development courses available, a focus on learning and safety a being a main priority. And mistakes have been treated as an opportunity to learn, not to blame.

There is a steep learning curve as the company deals with complex sites and lots of modeling.
