None. As with all sales jobs it's you get what you put in.

They care deeply about us, and everyone. The training is catered to each person and they strive to make sure everyone gets what they need. The best environment I've ever had in a job.

The only con is that it's outside work. But that's not anyone's fault, just what it is.
