Employees are not trusted. Security cameras monitored in CA will watch your every move. Be sure to come with your own pen and paper otherwise you will be treated like a child and forced to ask for even basic office supplies. The IT dept is completely inept and will force you to waste hours of your time writing business cases should you ever be motivated to try and improve things. All development is outsourced to China, this team has no clue either. This is a fear-based environment where employees are left in the dark about amost everything business related. If you want to work for an organization where you can make a difference, this is not the place.
