- Remote Work 100% is a huge plus, but comes with the downside of crossing personal boundaries when tight deadlines come up - Compensation is good pay, but again with long hours expected - Time Off is decent, and they have Wellness Days quarterly, but sometimes pay for that as well

- Unrealistic expectations on getting things done in 1 day (or less) without notice - New CEO (within EEWS) and executive leaders don't seem to care about having a good culture or treating employees like humans - Everything is top priority and leadership does a poor job of planning ahead - Corporate culture vs. Cradlepoint's previous "small company" culture is here to stay
