Before you take my word for it..read the other reviews and ask yourself if you want to work for a company who can only argue with the reviews here not offer explanations or take responsibility.
This company will not be in business in 5 years. The current top leader is sexist and manipulative. Only two women in the last 5 years were promoted and both because their male counterparts were doing less work and making significantly more money. And HR was told to make it right or face legal action. BUT...they will promote a man to the executive team .without adding new responsibilities and without a single employee answering to him. Recently fired four CS leads in less than 6 months. Three because they stood up for themselves and offered new ideas and actually understood what Customer Service is about. Their flash in the pan this year is the Customer Experience and everyone had to read a book...but if it will inconvenience the executive team or cost money the customer will always lose. The three main people at the executive level are doing everything they can to run out anyone not hired in the last year.
This company was once known for it's long standing 25+ year employees..Most have been run out by the current senior management.
This place has serious OSHA issues. Potential sexual discrimination as well as harrassment claims will bury this company soon.
This company hires people under false pretenses. Then attempts to pit coworkers against each other.
It is the definition of toxic environment.
