After the company was bought by a private owner who took over control in 2025 this has become possibly the worst lab environment in the San Diego area. Without any prior industry experience, the owner demanded the removal of basic safety practices and standard quality procedures. Only consider this place of employment as an option if you are ok with unpaid overtime, constant chemical exposure, and working for someone who's vision for the company changes every single day.
