The people were wonderful to work with. It's a "no ego" ad agency, which is a nice change of pace. People genuinely care about the quality of the work and each other. Many have stayed at Euro for years. During my tenure there, the account people were some of the smartest and best I've ever worked with. As a creative, that makes your job so much easier.

No bonuses. Ridiculously long hours and weekends for the entire agency. Although, that's the case most places these days. Not the most creative of all of the agencies I've worked at, but not the least creative either. In the 3 years I was there there were multiple chief/executive creative leaders. Creative leadership was not valued, which left it (by default) to be an account driven agency.
