      - Surprisingly low salary for such a high-end establishment and the range of responsibilities + required skills and the working hours (I almost lived at work) - Absolutely no borders set for clients, which results in them taking out their frustrations of the front desk workers, be it the clinic's fault or the client's

      I recently did a surgery for arm at a hospital in Jeddah and started physio at EMC. Almost 3 weeks in, I can say I was very lucky to be surrounded by professionals who took the time to assess my case and who put so much attention and care into each session. A special thanks to Dr Rana Abdulaziz Karaki, for her continuous support. I highly recommend EMC after my experience - the facilities are clean and well equipped, and the staff is highly professional.
