Nobody gives you the full picture on anything, whether it's budget, timelines, or why decisions get made. They say it's all "need-to-know basis" but what you actually need to know never qualifies, which honestly gets old fast. It's exhausting trying to do your job when leadership treats information like it's classified or something. You end up guessing what's happening instead of doing the actual work. The worst part is they act surprised when things fall through the cracks.
