I started as a Customer Service representative and progressed to a Campaign Executive. - The team environment was supportive and positive (but it's my team back then, idk about other team and right now)

At Evermos, you’re expected to be highly independent and proactive in your learning. There’s a steep learning curve, but limited structured guidance or mentorship, almost no mentoring at all, so much of your growth depends on your own initiative and ability to navigate challenges.

Low salary compared to market standards for a Senior Manager role. Compensation across similar roles can feel uneven, and decisions may appear subjective, sometimes influenced by personal preferences rather than clear, transparent criteria. No bonus. No career growth.
