Like the potential of Every., but in the current setup and mindset, this rocket ship won't fly.

The whole system of career development is quite unclear, on the one hand, hr is talking about the possibilities, on the other hand, the founders are blocking a general per head budget, so the decision process takes ages, also promoting seems quite random, as well as giving out titles. The office is quite a scary place, which is just quiet, big and filled with some sort of tension in the air.

This company clearly marks a highlight in my overall career experiences and has shown me in multiple ways what a great office and working culture looks like. I am thankful for so many learning experiences as well as to be able to contribute in my role for a company that is focused on a sustainable and health promoting product. Moreover, one is offered to take new responsibilities within the team or in a brand new role. The management takes in regard the well-being of their employees and is willing to make changes in order to improve the daily work-life of the staff.
