As long as you can generate sales, you basically need to cover every aspect. 2. This is why it leads to a heavy workload. 3. bad management, with most of the management team having worked for more than 10 years. They have a "boomer" mindset and rarely accept new ideas. They are somewhat open to feedback/opinions but cannot accept them if they do not benefit them. They tend to be sycophantic toward the boss. Don't believe it?
