Instead, I was laid off after more than a year with the company. - High turnover rate, particularly at the CFO and Controller levels, leading to instability and constant shifts in direction. - Limited growth opportunities despite verbal assurances during recruitment. - Not an ideal company for someone seeking stability or long-term career development.
