Worst culture No work life balance Strict management on attendance as if we work in big fortune Highly partial management - Few faces are always recognised rest are not even considered. No career growth, as they will alot same mundane task every day every month and every year with simple single digit of hike.

Team members were supportive, culturally it was great.

Salary was an issue; I felt the compensation varied across domain even for the same band of employees. Though the company gave multiple avenues to try and experiment, but at the end of the day, experiments weren't accessed in the right way and it never accounted to performance measurement. Also the growth in the company felt limiting and KPIs were never clearly explained.
