      Salary not rising fast enough, yearly performance gets moderated so if you’re a high achiever, you might still struggle to get 5/5 rating, obviously this is fed into salary review.

Our salaries are reviewed annually in line with the external market to ensure that we remain competitive, and this is coupled with the internal salary review and annual bonus scheme which has recently been significantly enhanced in the UK.       Good work-life balance, fair, hybrid. Opportunities if you are in business or sales. Avoid if looking for a technical career.

      Experian publicly advertises that they are a technology company, but operationally if you want to move ahead, in the business and sales area is where you want to be. Very little opportunity for engineers and technical. Experian has become more of a Fintech company in the last 5 years and leaves them vulnerable in bad economies.
