There are a lot of complaints about vision and management style, but I have never been more excited about the direction and more proud to work for a company. The leadership style is very relaxed and the company culture is great.

For my first few years out of college I had jobs that, while related to my degree, were at places that didn't allow for much development--they were just jobs. Coming to Experts Exchange I finally felt that I was not only putting my degree and experience to work, but was also learning and growing faster than I had in any previous situation. This company really cares about its employees, and wants the best out of them, so they encourage development. At Experts Exchange I not only feel like part of a team that's working together to accomplish something bigger, but also a valuable contributing member of that team.
