They push employees to meet numbers everyday. They don't care about customer service any longer. They are into consumerology, but to the employees it means servicing the patient's that built the company. They loose contracts every month due to less and less service. They bring in supervisors and managers rather than promoting from within. There is no longevity here because senior mangement drives everyone out.
