The most toxic place I have very stepped into. Clique mentality, new hires will be shun upon. They won’t bother making you feel included or teach you how to do the job. Yet, always complain that the new hires always quit. They don’t realise that they are the reason for the horrible retention rate. Think too highly of themselves, they live in their own bubble. Some are nice but 95% are just toxic. Don’t join unless you absolutely have no other choice.
