Team culture is strong, everyone knows what he/she is doing in order to support the team. - Our main office is at Milpitas, whose outdoor smell is bad due to the landfill. Construction around the office is sometimes annoying. - The facility becomes more and more crowded and the working space is limited due to the growth of the startup.

With the company's growth space is becoming limited in the current office. The catered lunches - which is a great perk none-the-less - are not very diet friendly; most days there are no greens, the meals are starchy and heavy and often are repetitive or dull.
