Vantaggi
Travel, easy work during the first year, old bosses that are about to retire. I really can't think of anything else. Compensation is comparable to any other related job.
Svantaggi
Terrible work environment with pressure to pass a series of internal tests, or technical evaluations as they call them. They are completely nonsense as you already are evaluated for each and every task you complete. The tests ust add unrealistic time restraints. Lack of transparency with upper management and no sense of importance or meaning in work. People interested in finance are not happy because the job has little to do with anything finance and working with farming and people interested in agriculture are not happy because the job is far removed from the industry and no one else has a clue about agriculture. There is also no market value from working at FCA; no one has ever heard of FCA and that makes a difference when applying for the next job as no one stays more than a few years here. Advice: Avoid taking the offer. Any perk is not worth it. Highly unlikely you will be and remain happy. If you're interested in bank regulation jobs, go to the Fed, OCC, etc. aka someplace relevant.
