      They will tell you they are here to improve everyone but will mess with your confidence. Too toxic where local MD wants to achieve something differently from the group MD. If you are supportive of local MD the group MD will stand against you and vice versa. They will ask you to lower your burn on business but will do exceptional burn for their fave awards.

      the engineering team, albeit small was a passionate one. Weekly stand ups and retrospective sessions led to a very personal communication system between the engineers. We were encouraged to voice out opinions on out system and take ownership. Very promising startup

      Not a very well established structure to the company, but this can be forgiven knowing that they are only over a year old startup

Btw, we totally agree with you - Our Product and Engineering Team are a really close knit and they always have each others backs. Whether it's about coming up with new ideas, solving problems or even attending developers festivals; they're always working together and super welcoming to everyone who wants to learn :) So happy you got the chance to experience that and we really hope to see you again soon.
