      The Culture here is like no other a lot of positivity and teamwork, For the most part everyone is rooting for you to succeed. The values FiberLight has in place align with a lot of values I was taught in my upbringing. They make it easy to show up and work everyday. A great group to work with. They give you the tools you need to succeed and constantly pushing you to grow!

      Being a Level 1 NOC Engineer at FiberLight involves a great deal of coaching and learning. Level 1 techs are on the fast-paced front lines of supporting an expansive and complex network; receiving feedback and insights from more experienced engineers simply comes with the territory. It helps newer team members build their knowledge base and provide the elevated level of support that we strive to deliver. It's certainly not for everyone! We wish you success in your future work endeavors.
