The company is in a nascent space (model performance management) within a fast growing area (Machine Learning Operations) full of potential. Working on cutting-edge tech that has not been built before is exciting and challenging. There is a lot of market demand to solve these pain points for machine learning teams. Great company and opportunity!

As with many startups, there is a lot of change, movement, and high demand on employees. Can be stressful to hit tough timelines, while staying nimble to change tactic or strategy based on economic environment and customer needs.
