Wonderful family bank, been around since 1908 so you know they are here for good. Great overall bank staff whenever I need help it is available for me. There are only 17 branches and everyone is local so you can get in contact with anyone immediately. Insurance is nice and I believe affordable.

Even though they have been around since 1908, they still have a lot of room to grow. Didn't really receive proper training when I started. For what we do, I feel staff should have a higher pay.

Certain departments have stellar individuals. The corporate culture is based on nepotism and loyalty. This is good if you are an "insider".

Outdated technology, archaic processes and lack of change management makes this company unsustainable for long term employee retention.
