We do not typically receive one-star reviews and are disappointed to hear that your experience was unsatisfactory. One of our core values is Collaboration which means that supporting each other is extremely important. We will be connecting with the team to understand where there is a communication breakdown so we can improve. Thank you for mentioning that we provide paternity leave. We are happy to be able to provide progressive paid family (maternity and paternity) and adoption leave. We do believe our benefits package is competitive. We have best-in-class health, dental and vision coverage including Employee-only coverage options fully paid by the company and HSA options with company contributions. We are looking to provide a 401k match in the future. As a company owned by private equity, there is always the possibility of some type of corporate activity such as a sales, merger or acquisition. However, should such possibility occur, it is not our intent to do so in a way that negatively impacts our employees. We are very much looking forward to our future as we continue to grow.
