Vantaggi

Plenty of passionate people working at FRT and that makes a big difference. The company is working super hard to make it a great place to work for employees (and it is one for me) and keep very high standards for its clients. It's fast-paced and offers plenty of opportunities to grow and develop new skills.

Svantaggi

As the company has grown, scaled, implemented processes, it lost in agility and adaptability to some situation, and some decision-making have become slow.

Had a wonderful experience interning at FRT. We were provided with lots of support and mentorship, given the opportunity to have weekly lunches with members of the leadership team including top executives, and every coworker I met was incredibly friendly and supportive. Got the chance to work on real projects with direct guidance and mentorship. Interns were allowed to work hybrid 1-2 days a week and the Office was very nice and always stocked with snacks and good coffee. Overall a great summer experience!

Most employees were working remotely 3-4 days a week so office was often a bit quiet. Would have been nice to have more coworkers in person as I really enjoyed getting to chat with them on the days they were in.

-HR and FRT aware of a certain male employee who harasses fellow female workers at company events and has not taken action. -FRT often highlights its strong performance and successful year, yet this is not reflected in employee appreciation efforts. Company events have been noticeably scaled back or downgraded in favor of lower-cost options, which is contradicting. -no salary transparency - limited opportunity for upward mobility within the company, making it challenging for employees to advance their careers despite their experience and contributions. -FRT promotes the motto “right seat, right person,” but in practice, employees who are not meeting management’s expectations are often let go rather than being supported or reassigned to roles better suited to their strengths. This approach can feel inconsistent with the company’s stated values, as there appears to be limited effort to help employees find a position where they can succeed.
