Good product, solid opportunity to scale and solid core team

● Founder who doesn’t care or respond. ● Co-founder who is absolutely power-hungry — always the first to take credit for everything and acts like he’s single-handedly running the company. ● Leadership team? Practically non-existent. Marketing is a joke, and the sales team is even funnier. There are no real leaders across the board. After the change in the founding team, the new “founder” is full of lies and doesn’t actually do any work. Most of us believe he’s doing double employment — he only shows up on weekends with random Slack messages and disappears during the week. I completely lost hope in this company. Thank god I left. What’s wild is that I keep hearing even worse stories about this guy. And the most interesting part? I still can’t wrap my head around what Accel and other investors even sees in this mess to invest
