Typical startup, needs a bit more focus

I’ve been at Findigs for a year and a half and can confidently say it’s the best place I’ve worked. There’s an incredible mix of challenging, fast-paced, and meaningful work, paired with friendly, laid-back, and genuinely caring people. Leadership at every level is transparent and accessible - they care about your career growth and want to see each employee succeed. The culture is collaborative and upbeat. Everyone cheers for each other’s wins and roots for one another’s success. One of the most surprising parts of joining Findigs was how frequently I interacted with the leadership team. At many companies, leaders feel distant or siloed - but at Findigs, it’s the opposite.
