Politics, HR is so biased, power tripping(They will make sure that you will not be going to stay too long in the company if they don't like you or they don't feel like seeing you around and I have colleagues(plural) who can prove that. Managers will make you feel useless and sometimes put blame on you to make themselves look relevant and better than you. They will not listen to you. Don't apply to this company they will treat you well for the 1st months and after that, if they feel that you are better? you already know what's next.
