The HR management's manipulation of Glassdoor reviews became evident when you notice a stark contrast between the positive reviews here and the dissatisfaction expressed by its employees in private conversations. Many of us suspected that the management had been engaging in unethical practices to inflate its reputation. It's disheartening to see how the management prioritizes maintaining a facade rather than genuinely addressing employee concerns. They are too busy chit-chatting about non-work related matters.
