I’ve had a really positive experience working at this company. The culture is genuinely great. It feels like a small, close knit team where people know you as a person, not just a role. Everyone is approachable, supportive, and collaborative, and there is a real sense that we are all working toward the same goals. Leadership communicates well and creates an environment where you feel respected and valued. What I appreciate most is how much they care about employees. They are flexible, understanding, and realistic about work life balance, which makes a big difference day to day. It is also exciting to be here during a period of growth. You get the best of both worlds, the personal feel of a smaller company, with the momentum, opportunity, and direction of a company scaling into something bigger. Overall, it is a supportive place to work, and I am proud to be part of the team.

There is a lot of change, so you need to be comfortable adapting. Because it is growing, processes are still being built and refined but not really any cons!
