Vantaggi
Trauma bond with your coworkers. Compensation.
Svantaggi
Everything else. The "leaders" who have no experience managing anyone will walk all over you, lie behind your back, and treat you like absolute garbage. Every employee has a different rulebook to abide by. All their responses on here mention "if you have an issue, you should have notified your leader" etc- everyone has. That's why everyone leaves, because leadership does nothing. You will walk in every single day wondering if you have a job. If you are not related to someone that works in leadership or from Wichita.. you should be concerned about your position's sustainability. There is no work life balance. You will be called on a weekend at 7am, or 11pm, because parts didn't arrive, because the supply chain team failed you. You will be harped on about return trips even though you did everything correct on your team. There is no accountability in the field or their leadership. The operations team is treated awful, because their leader is awful. You will not get to work from home, though the leaders held a meeting saying they weren't willing to lose anyone due to the move of the office, and they would work on a hybrid schedule. (this has been in the works for 6+ months)
