Firefly is a friendly, fun place to work with lots of banter but equally a strong commitment to delivering results for clients. Very open and honest in terms of the company's broader performance. Quick promotion for those who perform with a strong focus on development and HR. One of the advantages of working at a smaller agency is that you get the opportunity to take on a lot more responsibility than your peers at larger agencies - from drafting media materials to selling in to pitching for new business.

Clients can be quite techy, which isn't everyone's cup of tea. Pay is slightly less than at larger competitors, but the trade off is a better work-life balance.
