Terrible Company to work for - Recensione dipendente - Loan Officer presso First Community Mortgage

Manager needed more training on how to lead. Was made to work in a very hostile work environment and have lies made up about me so that the branch manager could look good. Went to HR and was dismissed because the branch manager was well known by upper management. Even went to the higher ups with issues and they never responded to my concerns like HR. They treat everyone in upper management disgusting. In my 25 years in the mortgage industry, I have never been treated so poorly and lost over 100 hours in vacation time plus not being allowed to make OT for working 12 hours work days and being at the managers beck and call 7 days a week while they go out drinking,
