Certain times of the year may experience higher call volumes, requiring shifts to be scheduled outside of typical working hours. We do take your feedback seriously and will consider what we can do to further formalize shift patterns to better suit our colleagues.

None. Deadful company. Stay away

Everything. They do not speak english very well ( India based). They cut your pay if you do not meet quality or quantity matrix. As one of the highest producers,I exceeded my numbers every week. 1 week i was not feeling well my pay went from 18 to 6 an hour.
