If you enjoy doing extra work with out extra pay they got you. If you want a supervisor to tell you to meet him at 9am and then he shows up at 10:30am they got you. If you want your schedule to be screwed because they cant send you products on time.... They got you.

I was hired on told that i would be taking over a route as well as being able to go out and makes sales myself. I asked them when i am able to start doing sales and i was told i need to be 100% versed on the products and trained before hand. After fully trained and fully knowledgeable of products i was told that position never existed and that they have the system monopolized. They lie. They are very unorganized. Your management is petty and this is their first management position so be prepared to listen to someone who loves the sound of their own voice.

The facility is in a great, convenient location. Additionally, the frontline staff and my fellow warehouse employees are wonderful to work with. There is a strong sense of camaraderie among the team, and the people truly make the day-to-day operations manageable.

The primary challenge during my tenure was a consistent lack of follow-through from the management team. While issues were often discussed, they were rarely resolved or acted upon. Furthermore, there is a noticeable lack of support for employees from leadership. As a Lead, it was difficult to maintain standards when management would not back their staff or provide the necessary authority and resources to address operational hurdles.
